On Monday, I was a guest cook on Hour CNY, a show that focuses on happenings in Central New York. I made my Quinoa salad, a great summer recipe. High in protein, great warm or cold and as the host said it even tastes healthy. It must have been good because he had two more plates off the air.
Actually, they were so impressed they asked me to do a regular series focusing on seasonal foods. I don't have any dates just yet but I am thrilled about this great opportunity. I will post the dates online when I have them firmed up. Tune in for future great recipes.
